Make the sender identifiable
Correct item prices can still leave a colleague asking who prepared the document, where to send a response and which version it is. Complete company details and a readable logo help identify the working state.
The standalone GAEB web editor separates price entry from company details and logo. The information applies to the particular document. It does not replace technical review or agreement with the recipient.
Prepare the required details
Have the company name, street address, postcode, city, country, contact email and company logo ready before purchase. Use the intended business name and that sender's address. The construction site is not automatically the company's address.
Check email spelling and address completeness. Where someone else prepared the details, the responsible person should review them before checkout. The tender source cannot reliably determine which of your business locations belongs here.
Choose a suitable logo
Use a clear original image rather than a blurred screenshot. Follow the formats and size limit shown by the upload area; changing an extension does not convert the image.
Check lettering, contrast, cropped edges and empty space. A logo with excessive blank space can appear very small in the PDF. Review it at normal page size after downloading, not only while zoomed in. A logo is neither an electronic signature nor confirmation that the offer was checked.
Sender and buyer are different checks
| Details | Purpose | Question |
|---|---|---|
| Company details in the PDF | Identify the sender and contact | Who is sharing this document? |
| Purchase billing address | Invoice the PDF unlock | Who is buying this tool usage? |
The addresses may match, but review them deliberately. Do not confuse the tool buyer with the client commissioning the construction work. The buyer confirms business use and checks the billing address at checkout.
Check the result
Read the summary and order details before payment. The invoice for tool use is not a customer invoice for the construction work.
Open the generated PDF and check company name, contact, logo and sample items. Missing prices remain open. The complete online workflow puts these steps in order, and the checkout checklist helps with final review.
