Hassolux serves small and medium construction and trade businesses. Starter includes two user places, Pro five and Enterprise ten. Larger teams can request an individual scope.
Can employees use Hassolux on site?
Yes. Employees can record project time, open documents and use project chat. Visible areas depend on their rights. Synchronised data and clocking in require an internet connection.
Does Hassolux work on iPhone and Android?
Hassolux is available on the web, iOS and Android. Use the browser for extensive bills of quantities and the mobile apps for work on the move.
Which GAEB formats are supported?
Import X83 and D83 bills, edit items and enter prices. Validated X84 or D84 output is available after checking. The source and intended return format determine which content can transfer. The PDF preview supports review.
Do suppliers need an additional app?
No. Suppliers open the enquiry using a protected browser portal link. The intended access protects real requests. Try example data in the public demo without sending a real offer.
Can existing data be imported?
You can upload project files, import GAEB bills and preview and import ICS calendar data. For a complete customer or project migration, agree format and scope with us beforehand.
How much does Hassolux cost?
Web prices are €19.90 monthly or €199.00 annually for Starter, €39.90 monthly or €399.00 annually for Pro, and €99.00 monthly or €990.00 annually for Enterprise. Prices cover the company and included user places, including applicable taxes. Annual prices are charged once a year. Apple or Google purchases use the respective store prices.
Can I try Hassolux for free?
New company accounts receive a 14-day trial. Start with email and password, confirm the address and set up your company. The available plan and current subscription state are then shown in your account.
How do I invite employees?
Invite employees to your company by email. Define intended roles and project access. Account capacity depends on the plan and includes places already occupied.
How do introductions and support work?
Public guides explain the main steps. Request a personal introduction by email through the demo form. For technical questions, tell support the affected feature and any error reference.
What happens to our project documents?
Your content remains assigned to your company; access follows the granted permissions. Information on data processing, available exports and account deletion is under Security, Privacy and Delete account.
How can I cancel the subscription?
Manage web subscriptions in billing and store subscriptions in the relevant Apple or Google account. Cancel before the next renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. Deleting the app is not enough.
