Checkout is more than a payment button

In the standalone GAEB editor, first enter item prices, then company details and logo, then review the summary, billing address and Stripe payment. Use that order for three different checks: what the document contains, who appears as its sender and who is buying the PDF unlock.

This checklist concerns the web editor's individual purchase. It does not confirm a complete or binding offer submission to a client.

1. Check the source and saved state

Compare filename, project and section order. For similar tenders, compare item references and quantities with the received source; a different filename is not proof of a different version.

Save recent edits and check the displayed numbers. A rejected price is not saved. Missing values must stay identifiable. Read missing prices versus zero prices.

Review company name, complete address, country, contact email and logo. These are required before purchase. The company details guide helps where company, site and buyer addresses differ. A logo does not make an unfinished state a reviewed offer; read the actual output notices.

3. Check the buyer's billing address

This address is for the PDF tool purchase, not automatically the construction client or site. Confirm business use and review the buyer information before continuing to Stripe.

The separate editor does not require a subscription. Read the order details before confirming. It is offered exclusively to businesses and commercial users.

If payment status is unclear

Check the order details on the payment page. Returning from a payment page does not by itself prove successful payment; the editor checks unlocking on the server.

Review the payment state before retrying the same intention using a new copy of the document. Keep any reference number and receipt for support without sharing credentials or full payment information. Unlocking covers the imported document and later PDF revisions; other documents need their own purchase.

Choose how to deliver

Open the PDF and read company details, sample line amounts, totals and open-price labels. Downloading sends no email and submits nothing to a procurement portal.

If the recipient needs structured GAEB, use a supported and fully checked source-matched D84 or X84 output and follow its notices. A readable PDF does not replace the required return file.
