Landscaping software

Landscaping software for site, office and material enquiries.

External works, paths and planting bring together different people and materials. Hassolux combines project records and appointments and supports targeted supplier enquiries from a GAEB bill of quantities.

Feature scope

Project organisation for external works and landscaping.

01

Organise external works as a separate project

Record customer, site address and project dates. Photos, plans and project questions then have a shared home, especially where a customer commissions several areas or construction phases.

02

Prepare a material enquiry from a bill of quantities

Import D83 or X83 and check structure, items, quantities and units. Then select material items for each supplier. Not every item is material-only: review the requested scope before publishing the enquiry.

03

Consider delivery terms alongside the unit price

Suppliers enter offered items and terms through the portal. Compare freight, lead times, discounts and additional charges as well as unit prices. Missing or not-offered items must not be treated as free supplies.

04

Connect planning and execution with the project

Use the calendar for site meetings and coordination. Employees assign hours to the right project; photos and files add documentation. For quotations and invoices, open the commercial document views.

How it works

Use landscaping software.
Step by step.

From bill of quantities to material enquiry →
  1. 1

    Prepare the construction project

Create the customer, site address and project records. Import an existing D83 or X83 bill into the GAEB workspace.

  2. 2

    Request the materials you need

Select the right material items and recipients. Review quantities, units and attachments before explicitly sending.

  3. 3

    Coordinate quotations and execution

Review submitted prices, freight and delivery terms. Organise appointments, working hours and records in each project.

The software supports organisation and price enquiries. Technical material selection and the later order remain separate decisions.

An everyday example

Prepare paving and planting works

A business imports an external-works bill of quantities, selects relevant materials for suppliers and checks returned prices, freight and delivery terms. Site management schedules follow-up in the calendar and the team documents work in the same project. This is a possible workflow, not a customer testimonial.

Questions and answers

Before you start
good to know.

What can a landscaping business use Hassolux for?

For organising customers and construction projects, appointments, hours, records and commercial documents. The GAEB area also supports material enquiries from bills of quantities.

Which GAEB files can I use for a material enquiry?

Import supports D83 and X83. Review the imported items and select the material portions needed for the enquiry. A PDF is not automatically converted into a GAEB bill of quantities.

Do suppliers need to install an app?

No. Suppliers answer in the browser through the intended portal access. A personal enquiry link is specific to its recipient and the authorised request; it does not replace general team access.

Does a supplier quotation automatically place an order?

No. This workflow requests prices, supports quotation review and can transfer selected material prices into a calculation. Ordering remains a separate decision.

Can I explore the supplier workflow without sending anything?

Yes. The public supplier demo uses example data. Explore the browser workflow without sending a real enquiry or offer.
