Describe the work in the quotation
Choose the customer and project. Record offered work with quantities, units and prices. Clear descriptions help the recipient understand the quotation and the office identify it later.
Quotations and invoices
From the first quotation to the invoice, Hassolux keeps customers, work and prices in project context. Dedicated document views distinguish drafts, issued documents and their amounts.

Feature scope
Choose the customer and project. Record offered work with quantities, units and prices. Clear descriptions help the recipient understand the quotation and the office identify it later.
Hassolux provides standard, interim and final invoices, credits and corrections. Choose the workflow for the transaction and check earlier documents where needed. Required details and tax treatment must be established for the actual case.
While editing, check recipient, items and totals. Use the PDF preview and finalise only after review. Intended output and sending options are then available. A prepared draft is not a sent document.
The invoice list shows number, customer, date, status and amount, so questions can be matched to the existing transaction. Project records and commercial documents remain accessible through their respective views.
Choose a quotation or the required invoice type and check customer, project and recipient address.
Enter items, quantities and prices. Review discounts, taxes and references to previous documents where needed.
Check the preview before finalising. Then use the intended download or sending route and review the document status.
The correct invoice type, tax treatment and required details depend on the transaction. Check them before issuing.
An everyday example
