Start with the document type
Open Documents and choose the appropriate tab, such as Quotations or Invoices. The list shows number, customer, date, status and total. Compare these before opening the record.
Documents and site records
A site photo helps the office when its project is clear. Store photos and plans with the job, describe them clearly and confirm the upload. Quotations and invoices have their own document views.

Feature scope
Open Documents and choose the appropriate tab, such as Quotations or Invoices. The list shows number, customer, date, status and total. Compare these before opening the record.
Photos and plans belong in the relevant project's documentation area. Check the project before uploading and wait for completion. Selecting a file is not a confirmed upload.
A bill of quantities is not an invoice. Use the GAEB area for X83 and D83, price entry and offer output. This keeps document views and the GAEB working state clearly distinct.
Open the project for photos and plans. For commercial records, choose the appropriate Documents tab.
Use meaningful filenames and descriptions. Check the project assignment before uploading.
Wait for upload confirmation, then open the file from the list. Team access follows permissions.
An everyday example
Choose Invoices and compare customer, document number and amount. Open the correct transaction. For its construction drawing, then open the project.
Questions and answers
GAEB bills of quantities and invoices are different document types. Open the GAEB area or relevant project files.
