Feature scope
Month view shows a wider period, week view the coming days and list view appointments in sequence. Use Today, arrows and date selection to change the period. Search and project, employee and appointment-type filters narrow the display.
Use New appointment to enter title, start, end, location and description. Add project and employees, all-day if appropriate and a reminder. For regular meetings, specify repetition, interval and end date.
Editing recurring appointments affects the whole series. If an appointment changed in the meantime, a version conflict leaves your draft open. ICS files appear as a preview first; only the confirmed selection is imported.
Choose month, week or list, then filter by project, employee or appointment type.
Add title, start, end and location. Assign the project and participants and choose a reminder if needed.
Save the details and check the appointment in the relevant view. For recurring events, review the whole repetition period.
