First steps with Hassolux
Create your first construction project, save its site details and find it again before rolling out to the team.

Before you begin
The aim is to create a project and find it again. Have a clear project name and, if available, the site address ready. Bold German labels below are names in the original app. Click on a computer or tap on a phone; a field marked * is required.
1. Open Projects
Sign in, expand navigation if necessary and open Projekte. A blank list initially means this view displays no projects. Choose Neues Projekt; a narrow screen may show a +.
The form should show Neues Projekt, Stammdaten and Projektname. If the button is missing or disabled, have the company administrator check creation rights. Repeated clicking cannot grant a permission.
2. Complete the fields
Enter a distinctive project name, such as “Example Street external works”, and an optional description such as “Paving in the courtyard”. Under Projektadresse Zeile 1, enter street and number; line 2 can hold a rear-building or access detail. Add PLZ, Stadt and the actual Ländercode; DE means Germany.
Add the on-site contact if known. Kunde (optional) can remain blank until the customer exists. Choose the actual Status, such as planned for work not yet begun. Budget is an optional number initially set to zero. Change standard terms, early-payment discount and other discounts only where agreed for this project.
3. Save
Go to the bottom and choose Projekt erstellen. Wait rather than clicking repeatedly. Success closes the form and returns to the project list.
If it remains open, check the required name and field messages. For a general failure, check the connection and existing list before trying to create another record.
4. Find and reopen the project
In Projekt suchen (mind. 3 Zeichen), type at least three consecutive characters from its name. Wait for filtering and choose the correct row or right-hand arrow. Compare the name at the top of the detail view.
For no results, clear search, check spelling and confirm you are in the correct company account.
5. Continue with one tested workflow
Follow projects and documents to upload a file or find an invoice, or time tracking to start work. One project is enough for the first test: verify creation, search and reopening before adding many more.
